A Beachbody coach is really a support and accountability partner. Most people know what we SHOULD be doing…eating less junk food, eating more veggies, getting more exercise, etc. But, most of us don’t do it for more than a day or two in a row before we get off track. Again. My role is to actually hold you accountable to what you said you were going to do – even after you’ve lost the motivation you had when you said you were going to do it.
